Intro - Basically Jimi plays the first note with heaps of vibrato. He starts
off with the volume control of his guitar turned right down, strikes the note
and then brings the volume control up, so that the note rises to a scream.

The second verse is played much the same as the first, but with different
embilishments is the chords - Hendrix seemed able to invent them on the spot.

(like Jimi plays it differently every time!) let me know.

FOXY LADY POR EL GRAN JIMI HENDRIX

El blues no es solo la música que emana de una guitarra virtuosa o de una armónica soplada por Eolo, el hijo de Hípotes.

Otros instrumentos y sus correspondientes interpretes aportan lo suyo.

WASHBOARD SAM (1910-1966), uno de los representantes esenciales del

Bluebird sound de Chicago, quien rascaba su washboard, fue muy popular

entre los negros de Chicago gracias a su estilo de blues jazzy lleno de swing y a su humor terriblemente contagioso.

JAMES "YANK" RACHELL (1910-1997), considerado durante mucho tiempo como un mero acompañante de Sleepy John Estes fue un gran bluesman que nos legó una magnífica obra grabada e influyó sustanciamente al blues de Chicago orquestal. Fue su tío Daniel Taylor quien le enseño a tocar la mandolina, a la que Yank le sacó un sonido muy bluesy.

JOHNNY OTIS (1921), hijo de una familia de inmigrantes griegos muy pobre, vivió toda su vida en el gueto negro de Los Angeles. Autoproclamado 'negro blanco' y 'padrino del rhythm & blues' montó el Johnny Otis Show con el objetivo de presentar ante la clase media estadounidense a las estrellas del rhythm & blues. Además de cantar, toca el vibráfono y la bateria.

Y también escucharemos a FRED BELOW (batería) y a QUEEN SYLVIA EMBRY (bajo).
